Job Description We are looking for a talent to support our team as Technical Project Manager Poland in full-time! Technical Project Manager Poland is responsible to ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of all technical systems and facilities across the hotel portfolio in Poland (around 13 hotels), delivering reliable infrastructure that enhances guest experience, supports operational excellence, and protects the long‑term value of the company’s assets. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical and Maintenance, your main duties will include: Organize and schedule annual technical inspections of hotels to ensure the condition of technical installations and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Verify the implementation and monitoring of mandatory preventive maintenance contracts in hotels. Participate in and consolidate the annual FF&E reserve budget, ensuring expense tracking. Provide technical support to Hotel Managers for corrective maintenance (consultation, analysis, and validation of quotes). Monitor the multi-year equipment plan and supervise technical studies for installations to be replaced or modified as requested (fluid systems, acoustics, etc.). Raise awareness and support Hotel Managers on regulations and compliance with local safety and hygiene standards. Monitor technical works and financial commitments related to renovations. Work cross-functionally with other head office support departments (Development, Asset Management, Operations). Ensure compliance with MEP guidelines in our hotels and update technical guides. Provide technical support to the Business Development (BD) team for project evaluations. Conduct market monitoring and identify innovation opportunities.
