Job Title: Project Manager

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll partner with stakeholders across teams to align priorities, manage risks, and keep delivery moving with clear communication and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, work plans, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and align on success criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reporting for leadership and teams.
• Facilitate project ceremonies and working sessions (kickoffs, stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, steering updates) to drive progress and accountability.
• Manage scope changes by evaluating impact, documenting decisions, and securing approvals where needed.
• Identify and proactively remove blockers, escalating issues appropriately with clear options and recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and external resources (vendors/partners) to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Track performance against KPIs, monitor delivery health, and implement continuous improvements to project processes.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accessible (project charters, requirements, plans, decisions, lessons learned).

Must-Have Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a cross-functional environment (e.g., product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance).
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Experience creating project plans, status reporting, and risk management artifacts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a practical, outcomes-focused approach.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models; ability to adapt approach to team needs.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, AgilePM, CSM/PSM).
• Experience delivering technology projects (software implementations, integrations, infrastructure, data initiatives).
• Vendor management and contract delivery experience.
• Familiarity with change management and process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
