Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern web applications end-to-end. In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing features that create real value for users. You’ll have meaningful ownership, influence technical direction, and help raise the bar through mentorship and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack features across front-end, back-end, and data layers
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into thoughtful technical solutions and user experiences
• Build and evolve APIs and services (REST/GraphQL), ensuring performance, reliability, and clear contracts
• Create responsive, accessible user interfaces with strong attention to usability and cross-browser behavior
• Improve system scalability and stability through profiling, observability, and performance tuning
• Implement secure coding practices and participate in threat modeling and security reviews
• Establish and maintain automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and CI/CD workflows
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and mentor other developers
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision records to support long-term maintainability

Must-Have Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering production web applications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a contemporary front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
• Back-end development experience with at least one mainstream stack (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or Go)
• Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) and working with authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., OAuth2, JWT)
• Solid database fundamentals with hands-on experience in SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus
• Strong testing discipline and experience with automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud and deployment concepts (e.g., containers, infrastructure basics, logging/monitoring)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, or message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (including security, networking, and cost considerations)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with performance and observability tooling (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic)
• Experience building accessible interfaces (WCAG) and using design systems
• Experience working in regulated environments or building secure-by-default systems (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
